Higher Earnings

• Base commission rate on all sales you generate are higher than anyone else in the area.
• Bonuses.  Three levels of bonus designed to get you to 85% commission (or higher) within 12 months.
• Fees/Royalties.  None.  You don't pay us.  We pay you.
• Recruiting bonuses.

Building your Business

• We will build a business plan with you and for you.  This plan will be your blueprint for your real estate business, operated within our brokerage.
• Business Development Fund.  On any closed business, you can contribute funds into a Business Development Fund and the company will match that dollar amount 1:1.
• You can use these funds in any way you choose to build your real estate business.
• Team building bonus.

Real Estate Teams

• You may, at your sole discretion, join a Team within Yankee New England Real Estate.
• This affords you the opportunity for higher earnings by participating in each transaction; irregardless if you actually close the transaction yourself.
• Provided you have at least three years experience, you may build your own Real Estate Team. 
• The complete structure and plan will be built with you and for you.

Technology

• No one has a larger presence on the web than we do. 
• We invest heavily in our online and technological presence and will also on your behalf, at no charge to you.
• We have the ability for you to gain a substantial discount to build an excellent business-building website such as the one you are currently reading.

Leads

• We will provide you with fully qualified leads of real estate customers who are prepared to buy or sell real estate.
• We will show you how to generate significant leads for your business, both online and off.

You're a Good Fit If:

1. You believe the current market presents great opportunities.
2. You have given away 50 hours of your time in the last year to volunteerism in your community; or would be willing to. 
3. You're a hard worker, and can follow a plan.
4. You're widely known among your friends and family as someone you can trust to follow through.
5. You've read at least two business books recently.
6. You have no experience in real estate, but just know you would be killer if you had the chance.
7. You have significant experience in real estate; but get little support (or business) from your broker and are tired of paying all those fees and royalties.

Experienced Agent in Residential and/or Land Sales

• Minimum 3 years residential experience

• Ability to react quickly to changing markets and client demands 
• Proven lead generation skills and ability to teach the same

Sales Associate

• Newly licensed or potential licensee candidate
• Full-time career-oriented
• Ability to follow proven success model
• Loves the web
• Eligible to have the cost of your real estate license training reimbursed to you. 

Commercial Sales Leadership

• Minimum 3 years experience in commercial sales/leasing
• Active datbase of business contacts
• Ability to recruit, train, consult, and keep
• Enjoys fast-paced environment
• Corporate/chain development a plus
